Actividad de la vacante:

  • Respond to and resolve customer service inquires such as medicine order processing, medicine delivery status, and eligibility and claims. Help guide customers about consumer-driven health care topics. Intervene with care providers   the approval of their prescription for mail order service. 
  • Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily / weekly / monthly activities of a team members. Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met, such as Quality, Adherence, Turnaround Time, Error corrections. Coordinates work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc. 

Principales requisitos:

  • High School Diploma OR Associate’s Degree OR equivalent work experience, 1+ year of work experience in Customer Service OR a call center/contact center, proficient bilingual fluency in Spanish/English, available to work (48 hours/week) Monday- Sunday. Flexible to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (7:00am to 11:00pm) and prior health care experience and advance level of english.
  • High School Diploma OR Associate’s Degree OR equivalent work experience, 2+ years call center setting experience analyzing and solving customer problem, 1+ years of experience as a supervisor, previous experience with workforce management, healthcare background , previous telemarketing/sales experience and advance level of english. 

Idiomas requeridos:

  • Inglés (avanzado)

Franja Salarial: COP$1.500.000 - 2.200.000 (o mayor)
